Lily-of-the-valley (Convallaria Majalis)

Description:

Lily-of-the-valley has beautiful, sweetly scented white flowers, luscious green leaves and red berries. All of which are unfortunately very poisonous.


It is a native British plant which can be found in woodland preferring chalky soil.  It flowers in May and June and fruits in September and October.
